Digtial transformation and Artifical Intelligence do not mean that we have to behave like robots. Let management and staff speak and interact openly. Being a human being in the era of the 4th industrialisation is not a paradox but the ultimate need.

Securing brand and company capital in times of transition

Communication and marketing are embracing new paradigms. The major role of communications today is to enable management and staff to interact responsibly, to support innovation processes and to help creating and implementing new dialogue means and platforms for its stakeholders. I enable and support change processes, transforming risks into sustainable opportunities through communication. With a team of like minded colleagues, I focus my attention today on the support of Swiss SME and their needs in terms of communication – including language skills – and coaching.

As a consultant and coach I served several industries and fields over the past years: health care and life-sciences, food and near food, luxury, finance, human rights and humanitarian law, and more. As President of the Examination Commission of pr suisse, the Swiss Corporate Communication Association, for many years I was able to co-develop educational answers to digital tranformation and to coach examination experts in French and German.

I am bilingual (German/French) and in full command of English. Thanks to my language skills, I have operated as an interpreter and translator for several companies. I hold a Master of Science (German and English Philology), University of Geneva, and a Master of Arts (Marketing), Webster University, St. Louis, MO / Geneva.
